3 Harpe Brothers First American Serial Killer?Micajah "Big" Harpe (1768 - August 1799?) And Wiley "Little" Harpe (c1770 -? January 1804) are the criminals who operate in Tennessee, Kentucky and Illinois, in the late 18th century

Better known as "soap maker of Correggio", he killed three women in Correggio between 1939 and 1940, and processing their corpses into soap. He was born to a mother who had been raped, she through a miserable childhood with a mother full of hatred.
He attempted suicide twice. In 1914, she married a civil registry office, Raffaele Pansardi, and moved to Lariano in Alta Irpinia.

Vacher is a drifter, wandering from city to city, from Normandy to Provence, live mainly in the southeast of France, and survive by begging or working on farms as day laborers.
He was arrested in 1897, while trying to kill a woman in the field. He admitted the killing, but claimed that he became insane because he was bitten by a mad dog when he was little. He later changed his story and said he was a messenger of God.

Almost exactly a month after the assassination crime Maggio came second. Louis Bossumer, a grocery store owner who lives behind the store with his wife, Annie Harriet Lowe, was discovered by neighbors one morning, lying in a pool of blood.

Dunning eventually left his wife and fell into a life of gambling, sex and alcohol - all financed by Botkin. Botkin but finally decided to end the relationship and returned to his wife, a fact which he tells Botkin.
Not wanting to be left alone, Botkin send to his wife poisoned candy box Dunning made to look like a gift from a friend. Dunning's wife and five friends and family members eat the chocolate. Four people have been rescued but his wife and her sister died.
Chocolate remainder were tested and found to be mixed with arsenic. The candy trail eventually brought back to Botkin, who was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment.
